    Visiting Port Orleans Riverside in July. Can we see any firework from the resort?

    Hello Erin!

    Thanks for dropping in!  Disney's Port Orleans -  Riverside is a perfect venue to call home during your Walt Disney World Vacation. Boatwright's Dining Hall is one of my family's favorite spots to have dinner.  Here, you will be surrounded by antique ship building tools as you overlook the Sassagoula River.  The shrimp and grits, prime rib and catfish are among our favorites!

    You won't have a clear view of any of the fireworks displays from your resort, as they are a bit too far away and blocked by trees.  If you are interested in viewing the fireworks from Magic Kingdom from a venue outside the park, however, I recommend the beach at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  This is my boys' favorite spot.  It is tranquil and calm, and the music is piped throughout the Resort grounds, making it a perfect place to end an evening.
