    We are visiting Pop Century Nov 15-22/13 and have 2 preferred rooms with mini fridges. We have now heard that they are switching out the fridges. Does anyone know the schedule of the switchouts? Can we expect to have a fridge in our room in Nov? Thanks

    Hi, Janet!

    Unfortunately, no dates have been announced for the new refrigerators to be installed.  They might very well be up and running by November, but at this time we simply do not know.  If you need one for medical reasons, notify the resort a week or so before your arrival so they can try to accommodate you.  Otherwise, I can tell you that ice machines are located in each building if that helps at all.   Sorry I cannot help more, but feel free to check back with us around mid-October to see if we have any news to share!
