    We will be visiting Pop Century next month. I'd like to schedule a grocery delivery for our arrival date. In the event our plane is delayed or our room isn't ready, will Bell Services refrigerate the perishable items in our small grocery order?

    Welcome to planDisney, April! It is so exciting when your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is close enough for you to start thinking about things you might need to be delivered to your room.

    On a recent trip, I used Instacart for grocery delivery and enjoyed the convenience of having bottled water and light snacks ready to carry into the parks with me. All you need for deliveries to your resort is to make sure your order includes your name, the word "Guest," your arrival date, and the address for Disney's Pop Century Resort. Your grocery delivery will go to Bell Services, where they will store your items, including perishables. You can pick up your items from Bell Services or ask them to deliver them to your room for a small fee. You do not need to be at the resort at the time of delivery unless you are ordering anything that requires proof of age or identification. The resort cannot accept these items on your behalf.

    As you are putting the finishing touches on your planning, have you downloaded the My Disney Experience App? With direct-to-room services, you can check in before you leave home, and you will be notified when Cast Members have your room ready for your arrival. You can get your room number and know where you are headed when you arrive at Pop Century.
