Hi, we are visiting POFQ in May 2013, we have been before but this time we are traveling with our 3yr old DD. I have two questions. 1) Are strollers available at POFQ for use by residences in the parks? + 2) Are there such things as first timers pins?

    Hey Tracy!

Thank you so much for coming to see us with your question today!  May is a fantastic time to visit Walt Disney World. If you have any Star Wars fans in your family, definitely check to see if Star Wars Weekends are taking place during your visit.

Stroller rentals from Walt Disney World are only available in the parks and at Downtown Disney.  You are not able to take the strollers back to your resort.  However, there are several outside companies which rent strollers.  These strollers are yours for your rental period and you can take them wherever you wish.  We always rent from an outside company because we like having a stroller at our resort.  The company will drop-off and pick-up the rental at your resort, too!  Kingdom Strollers and Orlando Stroller Rentals are two of the most popular outside companies.

Definitely make sure to grab your complimentary "My First Visit" button when you arrive at your resort!  The Cast Member at check-in should be able to give you one.  If you forget to pick one up there, you can grab your button at any ticketing or Guest Relations window.

I hope this helps, Tracy.  Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd love to help you make your vacation as magical as possible.  I'll see ya real soon!
