Visiting POFQ 24th August so very excited can we arrange a trundle bed for my 3yr old and if so is there a charge i am not sure if she would be great at sharing love the panel great advice

    Hi there Susan!

You're going to absolutely fall in love with the Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter Resorts! And, it's easy to spend time exploring both locations since they're connected via a winding pathway that meanders along the Sassagoula River. There is even a delightful water launch option to transport you between the two resorts and to Downtown Disney!

Instead of the floor height trundle that was previously available, guests of Port Orleans Riverside staying in rooms in the Alligator Bayou section of the resort now have a Murphy Bed option. The Murphy Bed is off the floor and is about 63" in length so, your preschooler will fit quite comfortably. There is no additional charge for this extra sleeping area however, the only way to guarantee you'll receive one of these guest rooms is to be a party of 5 sharing a room together. Families of 4 or less may request one of these special bed options and Disney cast members will do their best to accommodate your needs upon arrival.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel! Please feel free to send more questions my way in the days leading up to your pixie-dusted August trip!
