We are visiting the parks in 2/2024, so reservations won't be needed. Are we able to go to one park in the morning and then head back to our Boardwalk hotel to relax and re-enter that same park in the afternoon? Without doing park hopper passes.

    Hello Rebecca!

It's wonderful to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in a few weeks. I'm delighted to assist with your park visit plans and to share one of my favorite tips, which comes in handy, especially when you've got little ones along for the Disney adventure.

You'll be pleased to know that your plan to visit a park in the morning, return to Disney's Boardwalk Inn & Villas for a mid-day break, and then re-enter the same park later in the afternoon is entirely possible without Park Hopper passes. This is a strategy I often use and highly recommend.

Starting your day early in the parks lets you enjoy popular attractions with shorter wait times. Then, as the Florida sun gets higher and warmer, returning to your resort for a refreshing swim and relaxation is a great way to recharge. Once everyone is refreshed, and the sun's intensity decreases, returning to the parks can offer a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

A useful tip: Consider scheduling a character dining experience for your afternoon return to the park. It's a delightful way to ease back into the park atmosphere and provides a magical experience for the whole family, with the added bonus of meeting some beloved Disney characters.

If you have more questions or need additional tips for your upcoming visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. Wishing you a magical and relaxing trip to Walt Disney World Resort!
