Hello, we will be visiting the park with our 2 year old and I was wondering if we are allowed to bring in "outside food" such as snacks and crackers for him/sandwiches. Or if that is not allowed?

Hi there, Samantha! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just FOUR days! Are you SO excited? I'm excited for you!

Not only can you bring in snacks and sandwiches for your little one, but I completely recommend it! Having a stash of snacks in our backpack has been a lifesaver on many of our trips to our favorite place. There is nothing worse than a hungry toddler! Not only have we avoided many tantrums by pulling out our kids' favorite snacks, but since both of our kids are pretty picky, it is nice to have something familiar that I know they will eat. Just make sure that you don't bring in any large glass containers (larger than the size of a baby food jar) or alcoholic beverages, as these are both prohibited items.

If you need a quiet, cool spot to have a rest and let your little one snack, check out the Baby Care Centers found in each of the theme parks. They have feeding areas with highchairs, as well as changing tables and private nursing rooms.

Enjoy your vacation, Samantha! Please visit us again with any other questions you may have!
