    Hello moms. We are going to be visiting the park and want to use the in room nanny service. Our boys are ages 10 &4. I was wondering if you know if the nanny service is any good? If the nanny will play with the kids and if they are certified? Thanks m

    Walt Disney World has a wonderful relationship with a vendor called Kid's Nite Out.

    From Disney's own Web site:

    "Together with independent childcare provider Kids Nite Out, the hotels at Walt Disney World Resort offer you the convenience of expert, one-to-one in-room babysitting for an additional cost. You can even reserve a childcare specialist to accompany you and your family during your visit to the Parks, providing a helping hand where needed. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    To contact Kid's Nite Out, Inc., please call (407) 828-0920, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call."

    The Kid's Nite Out site provides more details regarding its In-Room Caregiver employees' qualifications (http://www.kidsniteout.com/sitter_services.html):

    "Our professional caregivers:

    are at least 18 years of age
    are certified in child/infant CPR and basic first aid
    are trained by Kid’s Nite Out & must complete Walt Disney World “Traditions”
    have previous childcare or teaching experience
    are thoroughly interviewed, screened, references are checked, and criminal background checks are performed
    Many of our professional caregivers possess advanced training, a state teaching certificate or a CDA certificate."

    The service is very highly rated, and parents online rave about the high quality of the caregivers and the attention that's given to each child.
