Hello! I am visiting the park next week but I would like to know what foods can I bring in? Are chips okay? Do sandwiches have to be made already or can I bring ingredients separate? What beverages are okay? Gatorade’s okay or just water? Thank you!

Hi there, Monica! Yay! I am so excited that you will enjoying the Disneyland Resort in just a matter of days!

You are free to bring in any type of snack or beverage that you wish as long as it isn't alcoholic or packaged in a glass container. Small, glass baby food jars are allowed, however. If you wanted to bring along a cooler with sandwich items, it must be smaller than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high according to Park Rules. You can then store that cooler in a locker for added convenience. Also, it is encouraged that Guests wishing to enjoy a picnic lunch do so in the picnic area located just outside Disneyland Park. This is actually a really pleasant, secluded area to enjoy a nice peaceful lunch.

There are also lots of snack carts to purchase munchies around the parks. From churros to pretzels to fresh fruit, the Disneyland Resort has it all. You can also refill your water bottles at the many drinking fountains located throughout the parks, or you can ask for a free cup of ice water at any quick service dining location.

I hope this helps. Have a fabulous time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
