I am visiting the park with my husband and BFFs. My two-year old daughter is staying with Nan and Grandpa. What should I bring back to her, since she is missing the trip?

    Hi there Emma!

I know how it is to leave the kids at home while you go to have the time of your life at Walt Disney World. While most of my adult friends do not understand going to WDW without the kids; I can say, it's really a blast to be able to do what you want without your child being there to say, "Mommy/ Daddy, can you take me to the bathroom?"

Yes, some of my most magical times have been with the kids but last summer I got to go to Walt Disney World with just my Girlfriend and it was such a wonderful time. Every moment was special and I am so happy that we got to spend it together.

Now, how to make the kids at home happy even though Mom or Dad got to go to Walt Disney World without them? When my kids were little, I made sure to get them their own Mouse Ears with their names stitched in Gold Letters. They still have/ wear them and always will. Another great gift would be a stuffed character from one of the many stores inside the parks or at your resort. My kids have a bunch of stuffed Mickeys and other characters from past trips in their rooms!

I hope these suggestions help! Thank you so very much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have more questions feel free to let us know! Have a Magical Day!
