We will be visiting the park April 23-26, 2024. Will there be fireworks on Friday night (4/26)? Currently, the entertainment schedule does not show them, and we are around the 4-week mark. Maybe they just haven't updated yet?

Hey there and welcome to planDisney, Ryan. We're so glad you stopped by to share this question with us.

There's nothing better than wrapping up your magical day with a bang. That is, with a nighttime spectacular that includes fireworks! I peeked at the Entertainment Schedule and also noticed that the information was not completed for the entire week (during your visit) under the "Fireworks & Nighttime Entertainment" section. Sometimes the calendar isn't completely filled out very far in advance. I recommend checking back as your visit gets closer and you can always check the Disneyland app during your visit as well.

I do have a good feeling about fireworks happening during your visit. Friday, April 26th is the beginning of Pixar Fest and Disney Parks Blog recently shared so many fun details about the celebration, including details of the return of “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular." As with any nighttime spectacular, fireworks are subject to cancellation and of course, I still recommend checking the Disneyland app during your visit for any showtimes.

You will also be visiting during the Season of the Force. Disney Parks Blog recently shared that there will be a new fireworks experience on select nights starting on April 5th. I've watched the fireworks in Batuu and there's nothing quite like seeing the sky light up over the Millennium Falcon. I'm really looking forward to experiencing the fireworks in this new way with musical accompaniment.

Ryan, I hope this helps as you're getting ready for your upcoming visit. I also hope that the schedule gets completed in the next couple of weeks to help you make your plans. Let us know if we can help with anything else. Most of all, I hope your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
