    We will be visiting in October and will be using the Disney Dining Plan. Can we use Disney gift cards to pay the gratuity?

    Hi Peggy!

    I love to collect Disney Gift Cards to pay for purchases on my Walt Disney World vacation!  You can use them almost anywhere, including restaurants.  You can certainly use them to pay for the gratuities when you're on the Disney Dining Plan.  What I like to do is charge the gratuities to my room account using my MagicBand and then pay my room balance off at the front desk using my gift cards.  This way, I don't have to carry my Disney gift card around with me at all times.

    Do you have more than one Disney Gift Card?  You can conveniently combine gift cards on the Disney Gift Card website.
