Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We will be visiting in October and staying at the Carribean Beach Resort. We are traveling with 3 adults and 4 kids 7,5, and twin 1 1/2 year olds. Do you reccommend renting a car? Are there long waits for the bus to travel throughout the parks.

    Hi Cathleen (fellow mom of twins),

    October is a great time to visit Walt Disney World.

    You and your family will be fine, the wait times for the buses are not long.  
    It is very easy to jump on a bus and head to your resort or to one of the parks.

    If you find after a few days that you would prefer to drive yourself, there are onsite car rentals.
