    Hi there. We are visiting in October with another couple. Their tickets are linked to my Disney experience account. Will I be able to pick up their park tickets when we arrive? They are coming in the day after we get there. Thanks!!

    Boo to you and your party! If you are looking to have a grim grinning good time, you may want to look into adding Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to your plans. Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular are absolutely spell-binding. 

    In case you weren’t aware, once you purchase your tickets, you can enter the theme parks by either: 

    1. Adding the complimentary Disney MagicMobile service onto the My Disney Experience app. When you arrive at the park, you can simply scan your mobile device to enter; 
    2. Purchasing a MagicBand and linking it to your My Disney Experience account. You’ll scan the MagicBand to enter the theme park;
    3. Picking up a ticket card at the Walt Disney World ticket window by showing your ticket confirmation email, card used to complete your purchase and photo ID. Once you obtain the ticket, you can get in the queue to scan the ticket card to enter. 

    I personally prefer linking my MagicBand to my ticket for a hands-free option to enter the theme parks. You can purchase the MagicBands on the shopDisney website or through your My Disney Experience account.

    If you don’t have time to purchase MagicBands or stop at the ticket window, I recommend having your whole group download the Disney MagicMobile Service through the My Disney Experience app. As long as everyone has tickets linked to their accounts, this will make your theme park entry very easy.
