Hi we are visiting in October and have just booked the Ferrytale dessert cruise on the 21st what is the best time to arrive for this event. Thanks Mandy

Hello Mandy and a warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where I just love being able to offer some pixie dusted assistance to fellow Guests who like me also visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort from across the pond in the United Kingdom.
With all the delightful seasonal decor and special events like Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival October truly makes Autumn at Walt Disney World Resort a spectacular time of the yEar for a jolly Disney holiday!
There's nothing quite like viewing a nighttime fireworks spectacular from the vantage point of Seven Seas Lagoon onboard a Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise; I know it's my own families favourite thing to enjoy!  In my own experience I'm happy to share that it's far better to be early than late to board a dessert cruise and although Guests are advised that the cruise sets sail 50 minutes prior to the scheduled fireworks time I would suggest arriving at least 30 minutes ahead of that.  To further assist with your scheduling all Disney Park hours and schedules can be viewed via this handy Calendar link.
Wishing you and your dear family a magical October holiday to the wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.
