Hello, We are visiting in October with our (adult) daughter and grand daughter. I have purchased Memory Maker. But, do we also need to purchase Photo Pass in addition to MM?

    Hello Sharon,

A Walt Disney World Resort vacation always offers so many magical moments to enjoy. It's simply wonderful to capture those moments and cherish all the memories you make for years to come.

The Disney PhotoPass service is, I think, one of the most fun and convenient services available to Walt Disney World Resort Guests to help you preserve your vacation memories. The free service allows you to pause, pose, and smile any time you see a talented Disney PhotoPass photographer. Whether you're grabbing that iconic photo of your family in front of Cinderella Castle, adding some surprising special effects to your photos with a Disney Magic Shot, or capturing that priceless expression on your granddaughter's face, taking advantage of the Disney PhotoPass service is a great way to get experienced photographers to take your photo.

It's also helpful to know that the Disney PhotoPass service offers attraction photos as well. Want to see yourself blasting your laser at Evil Emperor Zurg on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin? Want to see yourself take a chilly Nordic plunge on Frozen Ever After? You can see all the fun you enjoyed on select attractions that offer PhotoPass photos.

Sharon, it's great to hear you've purchased Memory Maker. As the product that collects and packages all your PhotoPass photos, Memory Maker makes it easy to see and download all your memorable photos. I'm sure you'll have so much joy in looking back at all the magical moments you enjoyed during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
