We are visiting in Oct.08 and are planning to do the safari dinner in Animal Kingdom. Can you tell me how many table service meals this takes.I read that it takes 2.

Wendy, I’m writing to you from PA and hope I can help.

The Safari Celebration Dinner in the Animal Kingdom does take 2 Table Service meals for each person participating. You must have admission to the park as well.

This is a Grand Gathering Experience so there must be at least 8 people (ages 3 and up) in your party in order to take part in this adventure. For this special experience, gratuities are included. Children under 3 may participate but they are not included in the 8-person requirement.

You can make your Advance Dining Reservation 180 days in advance, but at least 3 days notice is required. You must cancel up to 6 days prior in order to avoid being charged for the experience.

You will enjoy a private guide as you tour the savanna while visiting  Kilimanjaro Safaris. A Tusker House Dinner, animal visits, Question and Answer session and a visit from some special characters are included.
