    We are visiting in Oct. When can we book dining reservations? And when are ride closures posted? We're only going for a short period of time and I want to make sure we see favorite characters and things we can't do/see at DW. Thx

    Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a magical week.

    You can make your Disneyland Resort Dining reservations 60 days prior to your desired dining date. For certain Character Dining and popular restaurants, I highly recommend making reservations as soon as you can. For more casual dining locations, often times, advance reservations aren’t as necessary.  

    As far as attraction closures, most are posted on the attraction list on the Disneyland Resort website, but these are more in real time than posted months prior. I would keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog I would keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as they are the first to have breaking news about new features and attractions, as well as upcoming closures at Disneyland Resort.
