    We will be visiting in Nov. We were wondering, if check in is not until 4pm but our park tickets and dining begin that day.Can we arrive around 9am, leave our luggage at check in and use our park tickets &meal plan return later in the day to check in

    Your plan sounds like it will work brilliantly!  Even if your room is not ready when you arrive around 9 am, Bell Services at your Disney resort will be happy to hold your bags for you until you return later in the day.  Meanwhile, by picking up your Key to the World cards at the check-in desk, you can head to the theme parks and make full use of your Disney Dining Plan.
