    We will be visiting Nov 21-27 for Thanksgiving. not really looking for a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Can you recommend a place to eat on Thanksgiving. Somthing budget friendly. Also if we happen to get rained out what is the parks policys?

    Thanksgiving week is one of my favorite weeks to visit Walt Disney World!  We have celebrated many family reunions at that time!

    All of the Disney World restaurants will be having normal dining operations on Thanksgiving day.  If you don't care about having traditional fare then choose a place that is one you had interest in going to during your stay.  There are just a few which will have the turkey and trimmings so check when you make your dining reservations 90 days out (407-939-3463).  The cast member can assist you on which few restaurants have chosen to change or add to their menus for that day.

    If you are in the Magic Kingdom a great place to eat that evening would be Liberty Tree Tavern.  It is an all you can eat family style dinner that includes roast turkey, flank steak, pork chop, and all the trimmings.  It is one of our favorite choices Thanksgiving or not!
