Hi! I will be at visiting on New Year's Eve. I know capacity will be high in the parks. If I have dining reservations, am I guaranteed to get in the park? Thanks for your help!! Judy

    Hi there Judy,

I have spent New Year's Eve at Walt Disney World on many occasions and while it is a very magical time to visit, it is also busier than usual, so it's a good idea to have a plan prior to your arrival!

As you already know, the parks will be full and in past years, the Magic Kingdom has "closed" due to reaching capacity as early as 10:00 am...Epcot is usually not far behind.  Because of the high crowd expectancies, Park Hopping is not advised on New Year's Eve, and I suggest arriving as early as possible and planning to stay as long as you can.

Although you have a dining reservation, you are not guaranteed entry into the park if it has reached maximum capacity, so if you are lucky enough to make it in beforehand, it'll probably be best to stay put!

    Best Wishes,
