WE are visiting over MLK holiday. I anticipate Sat., Sun. and Mon. will be extremely busy. Any recommendations on which parks would be best for each of these three days?

I researched the same dates for my family's vacation to WDW.

The strategy that we are using is to visit:

    Epcot on Saturday
Animal Kingdom, then Hollywood Studios on Sunday
Epcot, then Animal Kingdom on Monday

My idea is to avoid the Magic Kingdom as well as any parks with Extra Magic Hours.

If you must go to the Magic Kingdom, I would suggest investing in a park hopper and touring the Magic Kingdom only in the mornings. If you must go to the MK at night, go on Saturday or Monday. Avoid Sunday due to the park's Extra Magic Hours that evening.

I hope this strategy proves to work well for your family AND mine!
