Visiting MK on Nov 15th, have tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Party same evening. Dinner reservation at 6:15 Be Our Guest. Question: Do we need to leave park and re enter for Dinner in order to show our party ticket? Or can we stay in park?

    Hi Patricia!
    Welcome back to planDisney.

I am excited to see that your trip to Walt Disney World is just around the corner!  I am also very happy that you have tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and a dinner reservation at one of my favourite locations - Be Our Guest Restaurant.  You will love Beast's Castle - it's a real treat to have a look around all the dining rooms, no matter where you are seated: The Grand Ballroom, The West Wing or The Rose Gallery.

Guests arriving for the special party event may enter the park from 4:00 pm. Day guests with a standard park admission ticket will be required to leave the park by 6:00 pm. The party officially begins at 7:00 pm and continues until midnight.

As you will already be in the Magic Kingdom, you won't have to leave and re-enter the park.  You need to wear a special party wristband, but these will be available inside the park at designated locations (as well as at the entry points outside).  Look for the signage for wristband distribution points, and if in doubt please ask any Cast Member.  I would expect that you can collect your wristband from 4.00 pm, but please check when you arrive, and in any case, it would be best to have your wristband before you go to your 6.15 pm dinner reservation.

It's worth noting that if you are in the park on the day of a party, but do not have party tickets, you will be required to leave by 6.00 pm, and if you have a dining reservation continuing beyond that time you will be escorted from the park immediately after your meal.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World!
