We will be visiting MK for 1 day early May 2016, and no ADR is available for CRT. My daughter's favorite princess is Snow White. Are there any meet and greet opportunities?

Hi Katie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
My daughter used to be Snow White's fan when she was younger, but now she is all about Anna and Elsa. I still love Snow White, she's so pretty and delicate.
My first option for meeting Snow White has always been Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, at Norway Pavilion in Epcot. While you dine you will be visited by Disney Princesses for photos and autographs. At Epcot, by the Germany Pavilion, there is also a spot for a special meet-and-greet with her.
If you are only visiting Magic Kingdom Park this time, I don't remember any meet-and-greet with her happening there by now. A couple years ago, we met Snow White at Princess Fairytale Hall, but nowadays you will meet there Anna and Elsa, Cinderella and Rapunzel.
When you arrive at the Park, I suggest you visit Guest Relations and check if Snow White will be appearing anywhere at Magic Kingdom Park for fotos on that day. Also you can tell you daughter she will be able to see her favorite Disney Princess at the parades.
Hope this helps your planning. Let us know if you have further questions.
    Have a magical day!
