    Visiting MK on 9/29. Have a 4:30 ADR @ Whispering Canyon. Can we see the 3:00 parade in MK and still make our reservation? (Using bus service to Whispering Canyon)

    Hi Jennifer,

    Whispering Canyon Cafe is one of our favorite family restaurants.  The Cast Members who work there are hysterical, and their antics usually have my kids in stitches!  Be careful if you ask for ketchup!  The 3pm Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade lasts approximately 15 minutes from when it starts in the area you are watching.  You should have no problem making your 4:30 reservation.  I would recommend watching the parade from Main Street, so that you can head immediately out of the park once it passes you.

    The quickest way to get to Wilderness Lodge (which is where Whispering Canyon is located) is to take the boat launch once you exit the park.  The Wilderness Lodge shares a route with Fort Wilderness Campground, so if you chose the boat, be sure that you get off at the correct stop.  You can also take a bus from Magic Kingdom to Wilderness Lodge, which typically takes a few minutes longer.  Either way, however, you should have no trouble making your reservation.
