Hi! Am visiting in May 2014 with husband, 2 kids (6 & 4) and my parents. Am thinking of CRT, Hollywood and Vine and Tusker House for some meals. Any hints on how to balance the remaining credits on the plus dining plan since CRT uses 2 TCs?

Hi Leslie!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  You all must be so excited as you plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World!  Dining at a Table Service location that uses up 2 Credits can "throw off" you daily allotment, but there is a way to mitigate this if you weren't planning on paying out-of-pocket for any extra meals.  Here's what I find - many of the Quick Service meals are rather large.  Two people could easily split one if you weren't starving.  Try doing this for a couple of your meals, and then you will have a couple extra credits which you could use for an extra meal.  For example, you and your husband split a Quick Service meal one day, and your kids do the same.  This will give you 2 extra credits to utilize for the "missing meal" which you would have had to pay for.  Only Quick Service meals can be split - you would not be able to do this with your Table Service credits.  So to sum it up, you will be eating one Quick Service meal and one Table Service meal each day, except for one day, when you will be eating 2 Quick Service meals.

I hope this information is helpful to you.  Please let me know if you have any other questions while you are planning your vacation - I would be happy to help you!  Have a magical day Leslie!
