Will be visiting March 4-10th. I know the events for the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival won't begin until the 7th, Plan to be at Epcot on the 4 & 5 will we still be able to see all plantings, only missing out on the events? Thanks!

    Hi there, Tina!

An event as large as the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot does require lots of time to set up. As such, you will likely be treated to many of the special beautiful topiaries and displays that hallmark the festivities.

Typically, the topiaries start rolling out the week prior to the Festival, with Cast Members working on them daily through the night before the Festival begins. These decorations take so much time and care that you are bound to see progress if you visit the Park multiple times in the days leading up to the event.

While there is no guarantee that you will see many, or even that the ones you see will be completed, it is more than likely that you'll get a sneak peek of some of what is in store for 2012.

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
