DH and I will be visiting the Magic Kingdom this year for New Year's Eve and I was wondering what is the best way to get out of the park and back to our resort (we are staying on property) at the end of the night after the fireworks? Disney transit or car?

Hi Bridgette!

New Years Eve at the parks will be extremely busy, but is great fun! In my opinion, during congested times, traveling by car is generally quicker than going by bus (provided you know you way around well). Maybe it feels that way because we are traveling in the comfort of our own car instead of a full bus? I'm not sure....

Either way, it's going to be busy in the parking lot/bus depots, so make sure you pack your patience and think of the sheer number of people exiting around the same time.
