Hi, we will be visiting Magic Kingdom on a Wednesday, but then have a reservation at Citico’s at the Grand Floridian. Is there a place to freshen up at the park before we head to the restaurant for dinner since it is upscale? Thank you

Hello Lourdes Cristina! Wow, you managed to mention three of my favorite places in one question – Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, and Citricos!

Once your day of fun (and play) in the sun has concluded at Magic Kingdom Park, you can board the Monorail for a ride to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Here you will find your delicious dining location – Citricos! I can understand your need to “freshen up” a bit prior to your dining reservation. I recommend doing so at the hotel rather than at the park. The restrooms at the hotel might provide a better environment for running a brush through your hair or putting a refreshing splash of water on your face prior to your reservation. The restrooms here might not be quite as crowded as the ones at Magic Kingdom Park. Please note that you won’t be able to shower, but you’ll have a bit more privacy and a nice environment to get ready for your dining reservation. There are also some very nice smelling body lotions and sprays available for purchase in the gift shops located in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa! These might be just what you’re looking for to help “freshen up” before you enjoy your Disney Dining experience at Citricos! Enjoy every bite!

    Happy Planning!
