I will be visiting Magic Kingdom with my two daughters, ages 3 & 1 this October for 2 days. I have breakfast reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table, but that's it. I want to be organized and have a plan, but I am so overwhelmed!! Where do I begin??

    Hi Kathryn!

You are not alone in feeling overwhelmed in planning your vacation to Walt Disney World - it's a common thing!  However, that is precisely why Disney has provided so many amazing resources to help you create the best plan for YOU!  And, the Walt Disney World Moms Panel is a great way to get started!  We love to help in any way we can.

I would like to direct you to an online planning resource page on the Disney website.  Just click HERE and you will go right to the Disney website "Vacation Planning Center".  This page includes information on making reservations, park hours, park maps, entertainment schedules, Disney Dining plan information, links to different packages, in-depth planning topics, and even a Disney Vacation Desktop Planner!

You have already secured the toughest seat to get in the World - at Cinderella's Royal Table, so you are well on your way to planning a successful trip!  I would suggest that, from here, you study the website, note the times of park openings and closures, as well as any special events taking place on those days at each of the parks, and the entertainment schedules.  Begin making a list of the things you really want to do, and then make a tentative outline for your days.  BUT, don't stress about this!  Be flexible, and enjoy each moment and experience as it comes along.  This is what allows you to create those unforgettable memories - from all of those unexpected magical moments that simply can not be planned.  That is part of the "Disney Magic"!

There are more practical tips to be aware of, such as packing appropriately for the weather, figuring out whether to take or rent strollers, deciding on Disney Dining packages, etc...  As you wade through the specifics, please come back to the Moms Panel and ask us any more questions you come up with.  We love to help!
