    We are visiting the Magic Kingdom on Oct. 9. I have purchased the ticket for the Halloween Party. Will we be able to ride the rides during this time. My kids are teenagers and will not be interested in trick or treating.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad you stopped by with your question!

    You are in for a special treat since you are attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party next month! If your children aren't up for trick-or-treating, there are plenty of other spook-tacular things to keep them entertained. One of my favorite things about this special event is the shorter wait times for all of my favorite attractions. I'm pretty sure your teenagers will enjoy riding Space Mountain over and over again! Be sure to catch Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. There are two times for this parade and as a little tip for parents with older children, the second parade will be less crowded. Happy Hallowishes Fireworks is also a "must do" so be sure to catch this spine-tingling show with Disney's favorite villains.

    I feel sure you and your teens will have a boo-tiful time at Mickey's Halloween Party. I hope you have a howling night of fun!
