We are visiting Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. I have 2, 7, and 9 year olds. I read that under 3 is not charged for buffet. Can I reserve a party of 4, then, or do I need to reserve 5 since we actually have 5?

    Hi Rebecca!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are planning a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort for your family and I am happy to help you plan your dining reservations! When you are making reservations for your family, you should include everyone who will be attending the meal, including your little one. So you will want to make reservations for 5 Guests for your family. This will make sure you have enough room at your table so your little one will have plenty of space to enjoy his or her own plate. And don't worry, even though you include your little one in your reservation, their meal at the buffet will still be complimentary since your little one is under 3 years old.

I have two little ones of my own and on our family trips, we have found that table service meals provide all of us a great opportunity to get off of our feet, enjoy some air conditioning and relax while we have a great meal. So making a reservation for a table large enough for everyone, including the littlest Mouseketeers, will help make the entire family's meal more relaxing and enjoyable!

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
