We are visiting in late January and want to book the Pixar Play Zone for our daughter--she loved it in August-- but when I called I was told they weren't accepting reservations after 5 January. Is the Pixar Play Zone closing?

    Hi Madeline!

Thank for coming to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Pixar Play Zone is such an awesome option for families vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort! Kids can have so much fun enjoying an evening with their favorite Pixar friends, while they also enjoy a tasty meal and make some new friends during the evening. Plus, it's great for parents to get a little bit of a break during vacation and enjoy a "big kid" evening in the theme parks or in one of the fantastic restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort!

When Pixar Play Zone was announced, it was announced as a "pilot program". We don't have any information about what this means in terms of this experience potentially ending or about changes to this special experience for kids and we haven't received any information that it will be ending soon. I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements as I would expect that changes to the program will be announced there first. Also, I recommend that you keep checking back for reservations opening. You never know when additional dates may be added to the experience.

Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning your trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
