We are visiting in June . Me and my seven year old son are planning to get hair cuts at the Main street barbershop and I was wondering if there was a place my wife and 9 year old daughter could get there nails done or something to that effect?

Hi Kevin! How thoughtful of you to send the special women in your life off to enjoy some mother-daughter pampering!

There are a variety of options for nail and makeup services at Walt Disney World resort. You could make an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique inside Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom Park or at Downtown Disney. A Fairy Godmother in-training can help transform the outside of your two lovely ladies into the true princesses that they already are on the inside.

Another idea would be to schedule some spa time for your royal ladies at one of the Disney resort hotel spas or hair salons. Operated by Niki Bryan Spas, details can be found at the website: www.relaxedyet.com. If you're looking for a location close to the Magic Kingdom while you and your son are receiving your Harmony Barbershop haircuts, a quick monorail ride to the Ivy Trellis Salon in the lobby of the Grand Floridian would be a perfect choice for manicure/ pedicure services.

Due to popularity, be sure to check out the links above for details on making advanced reservations prior to leaving home on your vacation.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
