We are visiting in June and I have apparently waited too late to book a Pirates League experience for my 5yr old son who is going to be terribly disappointed. I plan to call each day to check for cancellations, but do you have any other suggestions?? Thx

    Hi Tabitha:

Thanks for sending another question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to make a reservation for the Pirates League.  I really do recommend calling frequently to check for cancelations, as the do happen.  If you haven't been successful over the phone, when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, I would suggest to head over the the Pirates League as soon as the Park opens, and ask the Pirates League if there are any openings for the day.  A few visits ago, my daughter decided that she needed a mermaid makeover and so we walked up and there was actually an opening available.  If all else fails, Harmony Barber Shop offers some neat hair styling options for boys and girls of all ages.  To book an appointment, please call (407) WDW-PLAY.

Sending you extra pixie dust in hope that you will be successful in securing a reservation for you son at the Pirates League.  Please let us know if we can be of further assistance, we are here to help!
