Hi, we are visiting in July with a group of 11. 6 adults and 5 children. I need to book two tables but I think I would be listed on both and I would have to leave one name off. Is that correct?

Hi Kenneth! It sounds like you will be having quite a great group together for a vacation at Walt Disney World. It is nice of you to take charge to get dining reservations for everyone. That is the best way to do it when traveling with a group as one person can take care of everything.

You will want to either use the web site or if possible call the reservation number for a large group. Sometimes when doing the booking on line they will only allow you to reserve the number of what their largest table can seat. So if a restaurant has the largest table that seats 6 that is the maximum it will allow for booking in site. What I would do is start on line and if you run into any issues then make the call since it would be expensive for you.

Check out all the Disney restaurants that offer reservations. Choose those that you think your group would like. Then simply go on line and make a reservation for the total number in your group. They will ask for number of adults and children and remember that children 10 and over will be considered an adult. You will put your name and credit card down for the reservation but other then that it won't ask for names unless you want to link it to your group members. When you arrive at your dining time they might put you at two tables or they might be able to seat you at one. In any case they will know you are together and will keep you as close as possible. You do not have to book two separate tables when making your reservations....let the restaurant do their best at seating you. Just make the reservations for 11 persons and enjoy!
