    Visiting in July with DDP. Is the dinner experience at Be Our Guest far better than at lunch? Would you advise spending a TS credit to get the experience of eating there or would a CS credit do? The experience is more important to us than the food.

    Hi Jill!

    I just love eating at the new Be Our Guest Restaurant in New Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom! I have eaten 8 lunches and 2 dinners there since it opened! The Be Our Guest Restaurant is a Counter Service or Quick Service restaurant for lunch (no reservations-you just have to wait in line). Typically, the Be Our Guest Restaurant opens for lunch at 10:30 am and closes for lunch at 2:30 pm (these times are subject to change and can vary during busier times of year but they are usually the normal times of operation for serving lunch). A typical lunch wait time is around 30 to 45 minutes to get in and order your food. My best tip would be to take an early lunch so you can have a shorter wait time because the line and wait time builds nearer to the normal lunch time. The lunch menu is totally different than the dinner menu. One of the other benefits of eating lunch at the Be Our Guest Restaurant is that you typically get to pick the room that you want to eat lunch in and after lunch you can walk around to explore the other rooms too!

    Dinner is a Table Service at the Be Our Guest Restaurant. Also during dinner at the Be Our Guest Restaurant, the Beast comes out to welcome his guests and then is available for photos in the Study after you are done with your dinner. I would recommend that if you desire to eat dinner there that you make your Be Our Guest Restaurant Advanced Dining Reservations as soon as possible because the Be Our Guest Restaurant is extremely popular and it can be difficult to find openings for dinner.  Either lunch or dinner at the Be Our Guest Restaurant are both wonderful, but lunch will be easier to get in.  I actually prefer the lunch menu as you can see from the amount of times that I have had lunch there compared to dinner.
