Visiting in Jan.with my daughter’s family. We have 2 rooms at AS Movies. My TA noted that we would like connecting rooms. Is there anything additional I should do to try to get them together? Better to do online check-in, or go to the desk?

Hi, Sharon!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Your magical vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort is less than a month away!  You must be getting so excited!  I am so glad to hEAR that you will be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  You and your family are going to love all of the benefits that come from staying right in the middle of the magic!

That is great that your travel agent already noted that your family would like connecting rooms at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort.  It is always best to make any room requests that you might have prior to your arrival.  I would recommend also noting your request when you complete your online check-in, and it wouldn't hurt to call the Help Center phone number for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to speak with a Cast Member about your request.  Please be aware that room requests cannot be guaranteed, but the Cast Members will do their best to accommodate you.

I'm sure your January visit to the Walt Disney World Resort will be the perfect, pixie-dusted way to begin the new year!  If you have any additional questions as you get ready for your trip, please visit us again.

    Have a magical day!
