    It is wonderful to hear you are planning a magical anniversary vacation next January. I love hearing (and assisting with) fairy tale vacations.

    A practically perfect place to enjoy a romantic dinner with a stunning, fireworks view is California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The panoramic windows offer a picturesque scene as the restaurant lights dim and the accompanying music begins to play. California Grill also carries over 300 wines. 

    If you're looking for something over-the-top, may I suggest a personal Specialty Cruise accompanied with a memorable dinner from Disney Private Dining? They offer a magnificent way to celebrate such a special occasion.
