We are visiting HS 2 days for Star Wars Weekends in 2011. Are any of the regular attractions, shows, or parades at HS closed during this time to make room for the Star Wars events? If so we would move 1 of the days we will be at HS to a weekday. Thank you

    Hi there Michele!

Looks like we may run into each other this summer! I'm planning to be there for one of the Star Wars weekends as well. My son loves Star Wars! The only problem we have right now is that they haven't announced which weekends they are going to be holding the celebration. Keep checking this link and the Disney Parks Blog Link for the 2011 Star Wars Weekend date announcement which... should be soon.

As far as the Hollywood Studios' shows and attractions, all are going to be running and open as normal baring any unforseen technical issues or rehabs which may be happening at the time.

Make sure to check the times guide and the Star Wars Guide when you enter the park to see not only the normal Hollywood Studios shows but special Star Wars events going on during the day. I hope you all have a Magical Time and may the Force be with you!
