I would definitely keep checking everyday until your trip by calling 407-WDW-DINE or by visiting online because Guests do cancel their reservations. You just never know when it will become available.
Cinderella's Royal Table is very popular and reservations tend to fill up very quickly. It is always best to make your dining reservations up to 180 days prior to your visit. However, it doesn't always work out as planned. If your family is like mine, then sometimes you will have a fun, spontaneous trip that is planned in two days.
