Savi's Workshop is part of the
Enchanting Extras Collection. These experiences can be booked starting 60 days before your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation check-in day, including any day on your reservation (up to 10 nights). With a check-in date of October 16, you can send a communication to the scavengers at Savi's starting August 17 to reserve a spot, provided they have spaces available.
When you select "
Check Available Days," the datapad allows you to include multiple dates in your search, just in case the date you hoped for is unavailable and you have the flexibility to go another day. Now, while I will never tell you the odds, we have overlapping trips. I checked October 19, and it currently looks like the Gatherers have enough scrap to allow a few more Rebels to join them. Rebellions are built on hope!
