Franky, you are in for a treat to kick off Thanksgiving and the Christmas holidays! Celebrating the season of lights in the bright lights of Hollywood Studios... it is magical!
Your
theme park admission for the day is good all day. You are welcome to enjoy all the fun in
Toy Story Land and Sunset Boulevard in the morning and come back to see
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at night. The parks have a different feel when the sun goes down and all the lights illuminate the landscape.
One of my favorite mid-day breaks is taking the
Skyliner to
Disney's Riviera Resort for lunch at
Primo Piatto. It is one of the best quick-serve restaurants, but I go specifically for the
Banana Bread. And this time of the year, the gingerbread cookies are dancing in my head.

The only caution about leaving is that re-entry is based on park capacity. The parks are more likely to reach their limit on New Year's Eve than this time of year, but it is a risk.
