    We will be visiting with a group of 20, staying at POR. My sister is expecting baby #3, only I will be finding out the gender before our trip and have been tasked with planning a Disney gender reveal for everyone at MK. Can this be done? Any suggestions?

    Hi Erin,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited for you; being able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort with so many members of your family is going to be very special and sharing your sister's wonderful news will make it that much more so! Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotels! My kids love Ol’ Man Island pool and, in my opinion, Riverside Mill Food Court is one of the best Quick Service Dining Restaurants on property. If you get the chance you should rent a Surrey Bike and cruise around the Resort; it's so much fun!

    As far as your sister's gender reveal goes, Cast Members are always more than happy to assist in special events/announcements such as this. If you need to enlist the help of a Cast Member, please do not hesitate to ask. I think it would be fun to have a Character at one of the Meet and Greet Experiences in Magic Kingdom Park hold up a sign in a photo announcing the baby's gender. It would be so magical to have a Princess or Mickey Mouse himself reveal whether your sister is having a Prince or her very own Princess! My fellow panelist Anna S. has some great suggestions which you can find in this post. I also recommend searching gender reveal ideas on Pinterest. You'll find so many creative ideas; I'm sure you'll find one that's just perfect for the occasion!
