Hi, Amy!
I love when we have friends join us at Walt Disney World. It makes the visit even more special!
You should definitely include your friends in your total count for your
dining reservation. By having just one reservation, you can make sure you are all seated at one table. Although you will be on the same reservation, you can still split the check or you can use your Disney Dining Plan credits (if on the plan) or whatever method you choose.
And here is a little tip - When you make the reservation, it will ask for the name of each guest in your travel party. This really is not necessary, this step can be skipped, but is helpful if you are linked by
Family and Friends and your friends want to see the reservation in their
My Disney Experience account. The first name listed will be in charge of the reservation, and this person is responsible for the credit card hold and for cancelling if needed (usally 24 hours prior to avoid a $10 per guest no-show fee).
Wishing you and your pals a magical time in Walt Disney World!
Cathy
