Hi we are visiting Florida next week and want to visit Epcot for 1 day on 4th Sept, what's the best way to buy a one day ticket and what is the cost please. Kind regards Carol

    Welcome to planDisney, Carol!

I'm thrilled you are choosing to spend a day at EPCOT during your visit across The Pond! Its unparalleled dining, diverse entertainment options, and perfect mixture of thrilling and relaxing attractions combine to make EPCOT my favorite Walt Disney World Resort theme park.

While you shouldn't have a problem visiting EPCOT during your upcoming vacation, unfortunately, Carol, you will be unable to purchase a single-day ticket before arriving in the United States. As a Guest visiting from the United Kingdom, your ticket options on Walt Disney World Resort's UK website are currently limited to 7-day and 14-day tickets, but happily, once you cross the Atlantic you can conveniently purchase a 1-day ticket from either the United States Walt Disney World website, through the My Disney Experience app, or in person at any theme park ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket prices vary per park and per day, so I regretfully am unable to verify what the cost will be during your visit at this time.

I'm sure this is not what you were hoping to hear, Carol, but I can assure you that the magic of EPCOT is worth the wait. EPCOT's International Food & Wine Festival will be in full swing, so you'll have plenty of delightful dishes and beverages to enjoy. EPCOT is also home to some of my favorite unique dining experiences: Garden Grill Restaurant, Space 220 Lounge, and Coral Reef Restaurant. You should also be sure to join the virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and enjoy a relaxing greenhouse cruise aboard Living with the Land.

If you need any additional ideas as you plan your day at EPCOT, I encourage you to check out planDisney's recent feature on Disney Parks Blog that outlines all that EPCOT has to offer!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Carol! If you have any further questions about your upcoming visit, feel free to come see us again. I'm always happy to help!
