Hi Nadia,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian! You’ve come to the right place if you have questions about how to make your first visit to Walt Disney World Resort extra magical!
I’m happy to say that, based on my experience, you can absolutely add extra days to your previously purchased 5-Day Park Hopper Theme Park Ticket when you arrive for your vacation. In fact, it’s really tough to do so before your arrival, especially if you purchased your
Theme Park Tickets as a result of any
Special Offers, such as the promotion that was available to Canadian residents earlier this year. What you’ll have to pay will be the difference between what you paid for your original ticket and what a 7-Day Park Hopper Pass (or Single-Day Ticket) costs the day that you request an upgrade.
Please remember that you can only upgrade or change a Theme Park Ticket if you admission entitlements left on it, so you’ll have to add on these extra days on or before the fifth day that you’ll be entering a Theme Park. You'll also need to upgrade your tickets at any
Guest Relations counter at any one of the Theme Parks or Disney Springs; you typically can't modify them at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.
I hope my answer helps you plan a wonderful vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any additional questions. We’re here to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
