We will be visiting for our very FIRST time during April. I have 2 questions: 1. Are there any special Easter celebrations we should be aware of? 2. Is there anything special we can do for my daughter's FIRST birthday?

    Hi Jessica!

You will be happy to hEAR that every Easter, the Easter Bunny visits Walt Disney World to enjoy his days in the sun at the  most magical place on earth in the days leading up to Easter. You hop over to Magic Kingdom and meet the furry fellow on Bunny Lane Garden. There is an Easter Procession, in which both Mr. and Mrs. Bunny will make an appearance. The Spring Trolley Show is held by the Citizens of Main Street. Have a special Easter brunch a Cape May Cafe, The Wave or Captain's Grille.

Don't miss Disney's Grand Floridian Resort Easter Egg display!

For your little one's first birthday, you can order Mickey's Celebration Cake from Disney Floral and Gifts for a great smash cake! I also suggest making an Advanced Dining Reservation 180 days in advance for her birthday by calling 407-WDW-DINE. Tell the Cast Member she's celebrating her first birthday. I highly recommend Chef Mickey's because she will enjoy a special surprise, such as Mickey confetti on the table or a birthday cupcake.

    Magically,
    Stacy
