We will be visiting in a few months and will be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We were hoping to go to one of the parks the first day we arrive. Will we be able to get our park tickets and dining plan info early that morning before heading to the park?

    Hi Dawn,

Thanks for writing.  Yes!  You will be able to pick up your welcome packet and park tickets when you arrive at Animal Kingdom Lodge even if your room is not ready yet.  You will even receive your room keys (although they won't be active until your room is available).  The front desk can send you a text message indicating that your room is ready, so that you can decide when to head back and get settled.  You are welcome to leave any bags with Bell Services.  They will be delivered to your room when it's ready as soon as you call down and request them.  Finally, you will be able to start using your dining plan as soon as you check-in, so feel free to book a breakfast or lunch reservation for your first day!  If you are travelling at off-peak times, you might get lucky and find out that your room is ready upon your arrival, but if not, you are free to start your vacation!

    Have a magical trip!
