Hiya, Arielle!
Welcome to planDisney! Planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth with your Ohana sounds like a dream come true. I am happy to report that each Guest in your crew that qualifies for
Disability Access Service is welcome to register. Families and travel parties are able to have more than one Guest using Disability Access Service (or DAS) during their visit. You can continue to make plans together or head off to different attractions as needed. Once qualifying Guests have set up the service, you will be able to request return times through the
My Disney Experience app during your visit.
I also want to mention that Guests can
pre-register for Disability Access Service 2 to 30 days in advance. This is a great way to arrive ready to use the service and can help you avoid spending time in line to set up DAS when you arrive. You will also be able to set up two one-hour return times for
select attractions for each day of your visit. The child that will be using DAS and their parent/guardian will need to be present on the call to register. Before requesting a video chat, be sure that each adult member of your travel party has set up a
My Disney Experience account and that you have
linked your accounts. Parents/guardians should create profiles for their children so they are able to plan on their behalf. Online registration hours are 7 AM to 10 PM ET.
Pro tip: Spend some time reviewing the eligible attractions with your child before the call, and make a list of their top choices for each park. This will save you time during the attraction selection part of your video call!
I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
Tammy
